Privacy that respects your property.

We use your information to create concepts and operate your account. We share quote details with contractors only after you expressly consent.

Who is responsible

Teralith AI is operated by YOU'RE ABLE PTY LTD (ABN 83 670 919 169). This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information.

Information we collect

We collect account details, project descriptions, property photos, location, indicative budget, generated concepts, saved project packs, project-pack email delivery records, quote-request contact details, billing identifiers supplied by Stripe, consent records and basic security and service diagnostics. We do not receive or store your complete card number.

Why we use it

Create project concepts and indicative cost guides.
Create, save and email requested project packs.
Operate accounts, memberships, usage allowances and support.
Send quote requests to suitable contractors when you expressly ask us to do so.
Prevent abuse, investigate failures and protect the service.
Meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations.

AI processing and service providers

Uploaded images and project instructions are sent to our AI provider to generate the concept you request. We also use specialist providers for hosting and databases, payments, transactional email, diagnostics and customer support. These providers process information only to deliver their services to us and may process it outside Australia. Do not upload photos you do not have permission to use or images containing unnecessary personal information.

Teralith does not save your original measurement photos. Your photo is sent to our AI provider to analyse the project area and may be handled under that provider's data-retention controls.

Contractor quote requests

We share the contact and project details reasonably needed to respond to a quote request only after you expressly consent. You can withdraw that consent by contacting us before the information is shared. Once a contractor receives the information, that independent business is also responsible for its own handling of it. Teralith does not currently receive contractor referral fees and does not sell personal information.

Storage, security and retention

We use access controls, encryption in transit and reputable service providers appropriate to the information handled. Source photos are processed to fulfil a generation request and are not intentionally kept by Teralith as separate files after that request. Generated concepts and associated project records remain available while your account is active. A project pack stores the selected scope, measurement snapshot, pricing evidence, work sequence and safety classification; it does not store your original site photos. When the account owner deletes a project or completes account deletion, Teralith removes its saved packs, delivery records, project records and generated concept files from its active systems. Limited backups, security logs, transaction records or records required by law may remain for up to 30 days, or longer where a specific legal obligation requires it.

Unaccepted Smart Measure drafts expire after 24 hours. They contain only structured boundaries, reference choices and calculation status—not the original photo or customer instructions. When you accept a measurement, its structured boundary and confirmed planning dimensions stay with the project and follow the same project and account deletion lifecycle.

Access, correction and deletion

You may request access to or correction of your personal information, delete your account from within the service, or ask a privacy question by emailing privacy@teralithai.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Privacy concerns

Send concerns to privacy@teralithai.com. Please describe the issue and the outcome you seek. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Changes

We may update this policy when our service or legal obligations change. We will show a new effective date and provide reasonable notice of material changes.
