Teralith uses the information you provide to create concepts, manage your membership and—only with your consent—help match your project with suitable contractors.

Information we collect

Account details, project descriptions, property photos, location, indicative budget, generated concepts, quote-request contact details, billing identifiers supplied by Stripe, and basic security and service diagnostics.

How we use it

Provide and improve project concepts and cost guides.
Operate memberships, usage allowances and customer support.
Send a quote request to Teralith and suitable contractors when you explicitly ask us to.
Prevent abuse, investigate failures and protect the service.

AI processing

Uploaded images and project instructions may be sent securely to our AI provider to generate your requested concept. Do not upload photos you do not have permission to use, or images containing unnecessary personal information.

Payments

Stripe processes payment details. Teralith does not store complete card numbers.

Storage and access

We use access controls and encrypted services appropriate to the information handled. Authorised providers may process data outside Australia under contractual safeguards. Retention is limited to operating the service, meeting legal obligations and resolving disputes.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion, withdraw contractor-contact consent, or raise a privacy concern by emailing privacy@teralithai.com. Some records may be retained where legally required.
