Using the service

You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and have permission to upload each image. Do not use the service unlawfully or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or abuse it.

Concepts and cost guides

AI concepts can contain visual errors, impossible details or omissions. Cost ranges are indicative working allowances based on the information supplied and broad market factors. They are not quotations or guarantees. Obtain site inspections, approvals and written advice from appropriately licensed professionals before committing funds or starting work.

Memberships

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where stated. Trials convert to the selected paid membership unless cancelled before the trial ends. Billing, cancellations and invoices are managed through Stripe. Usage allowances reset as described in the selected plan.

Contractor matching

A quote request authorises Teralith to contact you and share the submitted project details with suitable contractors. Teralith does not guarantee availability, pricing, workmanship or suitability. Your final agreement is directly with the contractor.

Intellectual property

You retain rights in material you upload. You grant Teralith the limited rights required to process it and provide the service. Subject to provider terms and law, generated concepts are supplied for your project-planning use.

Liability

Nothing excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, Teralith is not responsible for decisions made solely from an AI concept or indicative cost guide.
