Teralith AI is an early-stage project-planning tool. It does not provide architectural, engineering, surveying, planning, safety or construction advice.

Who provides the service

Teralith AI is operated by YOU'RE ABLE PTY LTD (ABN 83 670 919 169). In these terms, “Teralith”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company.

Using the service

You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and have permission to upload each image. You must not use the service unlawfully, infringe another person's rights, or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or abuse it.

AI concepts and cost guides

AI concepts may contain visual errors, impossible details or omissions. Cost ranges are indicative working allowances based on the information supplied and broad market factors; they are not quotations or guarantees. Before committing funds or starting work, obtain a site inspection, approvals and written advice from appropriately licensed professionals.

Plans, renewals and cancellation

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where stated. Monthly memberships are charged when checkout is completed and renew until cancelled. Concept generation becomes available only after Stripe confirms payment. You can cancel through the billing portal before the next renewal and keep access until the end of the paid period. Single Project access and usage allowances expire as described when you select the plan. Stripe manages payments, invoices and billing details.

DIY Project Packs

Project Packs are planning aids derived from your selected concept, location and supplied or estimated dimensions. Bills of materials, quantities, prices, durations and work sequences may be incomplete or affected by site conditions. They are not surveys, technical drawings, permits, engineering, safety plans, supplier quotations or construction certification. Verify dimensions, underground and overhead services, approvals, product availability, quantities and conditions before ordering or work.

Do not use a Project Pack to perform work marked for a licensed or qualified professional. Stop work and seek appropriate advice if the actual site, risk or scope differs from the pack or if you encounter an unknown service, hazardous material, unstable ground or approval issue.

Refunds and consumer rights

We do not generally provide change-of-mind refunds after AI concepts or included credits have been used. We will review duplicate or incorrect charges. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Contact support@teralithai.com if a service is faulty, not supplied as described or you believe a remedy is required by law.

Contractor matching

We share your contact and project details with suitable contractors only after you expressly consent when submitting a quote request. You may withdraw that consent before the details are shared by contacting us. Contractors are independent businesses: Teralith does not guarantee availability, pricing, workmanship or suitability, and your final agreement is directly with the contractor.

Teralith does not currently receive contractor referral fees. If that changes, we will disclose the material arrangement before it applies to a quote request.

Your content and generated concepts

You retain rights in material you upload and grant Teralith only the rights needed to process it and provide the service. Subject to provider terms and applicable law, generated concepts are supplied for your project-planning use. Do not treat them as final technical drawings or construction instructions.

Service availability

We work to keep Teralith reliable, but internet, hosting, payment and AI services can occasionally be interrupted. We may change or suspend a feature to protect users, comply with law or maintain the service. If a material paid feature cannot be supplied, your rights under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited. To the extent permitted by law, Teralith is not responsible for decisions made solely from an AI concept or indicative cost guide, or for an independent contractor's acts or omissions.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service or law changes. We will show a new effective date and provide reasonable notice of material changes. Questions can be sent to support@teralithai.com.
