Is the cost guide a fixed quote?
No. It is an early planning estimate based on your project area, location and selected finish. A contractor must inspect the site and confirm the final price.
What photos work best?
Use clear daylight photos that show the whole work area, fixed structures and access. Avoid heavy zoom and try to keep the phone level.
Do I have to request contractor quotes?
No. Your concept remains yours to review. Quote matching is optional and requires separate consent.
